My partner and I had been searching for a property for several months and we had been in negotiations for other properties with various agents. Many of the other agents would try to play negotiation games with us, some to the point where we would not wish to continue with negotiations purely because we didn't feel as though the agent was trustworthy. Our experience with Dom was vastly different to this. Dom gave us a realistic indication of what the Vendor was seeking, and worked with us to get our offer high enough to seal the deal with the Vendor. We didn't feel as though we were fighting against Dom, rather, he worked with us resulting in a mutually satisfactory result for us and the Vendor. Would strongly recommend!

My experience with David was overall very positive.
