I have been asked on other occasions to write reviews but I have not done so as I always thought " why should I as he is only doing his job". However on this occasion it is different. Andrew came across as very professional and skillful in our initial dealings when choosing our agent. We were not disappointed in our decision and Andrew successfully negotiated a sale for us that we were happy with. Throughout the sales process Andrew displayed integrity ,honesty, an abundance of local knowledge not to mention a very high level of charm. All viewings were done at times convenient to us and Andrew kept us fully informed throughout the process.

We had had some dealings some 7 years ago when he was with Ray White, Runaway Bay. I was relieved to track him down at Harcourts Paradise Point some months back. Last month we were visiting the Gold Coast so called in to see him and discuss the prospect of our selling a property we owned in Runaway Bay. His advice was to auction the property as it was a little different from most of the highpriced in the area. Within one week of the sign going up he obtained an offer that was acceptable.
