My wife and I had decided to sell our property. We were unsure of who to go with as our area has a few top agents that are capable. The process to decide who we wanted to go with was not a decision we were taking lightly as its the difference between getting a great result or a bad one and ultimately when selling your home you want the outcome. Andrew was very tactical with his approach to the marketing campaign and certainly showed his value when getting people interested in our home. We went with a 4 week marketing campaign with a open home every Saturday and the Auction on the 5th week. The open homes always had high attendance with him spending time with them during the 30mins it was open. Andrew Harvey provides weekly reports on the property views, comments from people on the open homes and a general touch base when ever you need him. We had 30 plus people at the auction and sold on the day for more then we were expecting. Andrew is a professional operator and highly recommended. Thanks again and will certainly sell again through him.
