Tim exceeded our expectations of a Real Estate Agent when we recently auctioned our home. Through the whole process, he was always approachable and available to help us answer any queries, or if unavailable at the time, he would always ring back as soon as he could. Tim was always very polite, pleasant and professional and we always felt he was doing his absolute best for us. We would definetely have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.

We watched Andrew along with other Agents marketing property in our area and determined that when our time came to sell, we would ask him to assist us. Andrew did become our marketing agent and from that moment on he virtually took care of every detail of the process in an experienced and most professional manner. We believe that he also has extremely high people and negotiating skills which helped achieve our timely sale for a very good price. We unhesitatingly recommend Andrew to anyone interested in selling in the area. Bryan & Coralie HIGGINS

Shaun did a fabulous job of helping us with the sale of our home. We turned to Shaun after an awful experience with our prior agent and we are so glad we did, what a difference ! We only wish we had signed with Shaun from the very start. Working with Shaun and his team has been such a great experience. we also found him to be very knowledgeable of the area and able to bring back good honest advice. In particular, we found him to be strategic, professional, and accommodating. His team were also very efficient with their communications and follow up right through until settlement. We are very glad to have met Shaun and his team, and look forward to working with them again in the future when we have real estate needs. Thanks Shaun and Patrice for making this deal happen, we are very grateful.

Due to developmental changes in our street, our home became a challenge to sell at an acceptable price. We knew we had to get the best Real Estate Agent to help us accomplish this so we asked Tim Zampech from Harcourts Coastal and from our first meeting we knew we had chosen well. Tim's great reputation for finding the right buyers and getting the best price is well earned and we were confident in his knowledge and ability to calmly guide us throughout the whole process. Tim kept in constant communication and was easy to contact to answer any questions no matter how trivial, even silly ones about goldfish. We sold our home for the right price in a short time due to Tim's expertise and we are happy to highly recommend Tim, our real estate guru.

I found James to be very helpful in facilitating my goal of buying the property I desired. He was always available to take my calls and intuitively seemed to know when to contact me. I would have to say I might have missed out on purchasing the property if not for James sound advice.

Steve and James are both professional and friendly real estate agents. We had a few hiccups with finance not going through almost twice, but the agents were on the game finding new buys straight away with a successful result.

From our first meeting with Tim Zampech he organised the sale of our property in Biggera Waters within a few days with very little fuss and at a price agreeable to us. We found him capable, pleasant and reliable. Tim kept in regular communication with us during the contract process.
