We are buyers of a property James Weir was selling. Prior to contacting James we had looked at over 25-30 properties in person and met so many agents. James was super genuine and lovely from the outset - different to the other agents we had met - was like he cared. He allowed my 8month old son to untie his shoe laces and overall just took a genuine interest in us and what we could offer. There was no pressure to do anything everything seemed to unfold organically. When asking around people seem to say 'oh you're buying from the Weir brothers that's so nice!!'. I felt like James cared for us as buyers and did his best to close the deal for us. I got Tim's details from open agent and I am so happy that he called me back. We listed my house the Thursday before Easter and he had a contract in with 10 days. And what a contract that was. So much better than what other agents told me I could get for my home. Tim was always available and contactable, even after lawyers became in evolved I still called him for advice and he still went to bat for me. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to sell, or even buy.
