We first met James and Steve over a year ago when we were looking for a place to buy. At that time, we were very impressed at how they went about trying to help us. At the time we did not buy anything but when it came time to sell our existing residence a year later, we immediately thought of the Weir Brothers to market and try and sell our property. My family has bought and sold with The Weir Brothers several times and I'd have no hesitation in dealing with them again. They're professional, responsive and attentive throughout the process. I called Steve about the property on Boxing Day, expecting to get his voicemail and an inspection at some point in the next week. He subsequently came out on a public holiday to show us through and quickly negotiated the purchase. We planned to start renovations the day after settlement and The Weir Brothers went the extra mile to provide us with access to the property to get the various trades in to quote. This made a huge difference to our move and renovation plans. We've only been in for a couple of days and we've already knocked over some major jobs, which we couldn't have done without Steve's help organising access to the property - and holding the tape measure for us too! You get two agents for the price of one with The Weir Brothers and having them both on the case makes a huge difference in terms of communication, continuity and follow through at every stage. They're really easy to deal with and just really nice guys. It's also obvious they have great support in the office to get things done. Buying this house was a completely pain free process. I can honestly say I wouldn't list a property with any other agent. These guys are the best.

As listed above in the survey, every part of the buying process has been extremely positive. The only negative was the lawyers suggested, who I would rate as poor, with wrong addresses and buying prices on the contract and even wanted to charge for their awful work, when we decided to change lawyers. Now comes the waiting part to settlement, hoping our buyers house sale goes ahead without any problems.
