As listed above in the survey, every part of the buying process has been extremely positive. The only negative was the lawyers suggested, who I would rate as poor, with wrong addresses and buying prices on the contract and even wanted to charge for their awful work, when we decided to change lawyers. Now comes the waiting part to settlement, hoping our buyers house sale goes ahead without any problems.

We chose Andrew to sell our home after watching how he conducted himself at other open homes prior to listing with him. We found Andrew very open and honest. knowledgable about the market and the area around us. As we lived on a canal it was very refreshing to hear him say to us things like the time it took by boat to the Broadwater and even the clearance of the bridge at high and low tide . Little things I know but very important to potential buyers. We told Andrew not to even talk about auction to us as we were not interested. He very politely said it was our decision but would we just give him ten minutes to explain the strategy. Gee Im glad we did because once you actually understand what he is trying to achieve you wont want your house sold any other way Our house never got to auction as his strategy worked and we had two offers in the first week which way exceeded our expectations Had we have put a price on our house we would have not achieved anywhere near the sale price I would strongly recommend you use Andrew if you want a honest open agent that tells it as it is Oh and remember GO FOR THE AUCTION STRATEGY
