We 1st met James Weir in 2005 when looking for a house to buy. His communication skills were a breath of fresh air. He was very proactive in finding the perfect house for us. So when we decided to sell in 2014 we went straight back to him. Jame's is extremely knowledgable with the market. The promotion of our property was excellent, coupled with James's negotiation & marketing skills, James presented us with a contract within 2 weeks which was too good to refuse being only $4,000 less than the asking price. We couldn't have been more happy with the result. Jame's skills to market , communicate and negotiate is remarkable. He really looked after us.
