Youthful enthusiasm and great knowledge and experience are somewhat contradictory terms. But with Steve and James Weir they go hand in hand. These two demonstrate a love of real estate, which they apply with great diligence and success. As vendors, we felt very confident that our goals would be met by the brothers' skilful approach and fresh attitude. A purchaser soon appeared and was wooed to love our property at the right price. We were very careful in our selection of a real estate agent and undertook significant research and discussions with real estate prospects before selecting the Weir brothers. What we were looking for were non hand wringing / jargon driven agents with one eye on a quick sale without listening to our needs. The fact we sold the house very quickly, without fuss for an amount we were very happy with, is testament to their skills in property negotiation. Using two brother agents might sound like overkill however the added bonus is you get the chance to " chew over" the marketing plan and both brothers have very different ideas which makes for a great debate and a better informed decision. Would we use them again, absolutely.

We sold our house in Brisbane and were looking for a property on the Gold Coast,downsizing for retirement. As buyers we dealt with many gold Coast agents with varied levels of professionalism. When we found the property we finally bought we came in contact initially with Steve Weir, (and his brother James) and found him to be everything you wish of an Real Estate agent. He was very informative, courteous and nothing was a bother. He carried out his role as the sellers agent with the highest professional standard. There were some issues with the property and Steve was able to deal with these, whilst keeping us informed. What was noticed by us was whilst looking after us as buyers, Steve actively looked after the sellers interest, not only in the sale but also helping the seller find the property they wanted to buy. Both Steve and James Weir are examples on how good professional agents should be. They were a breath of fresh air for us after many months selling our home in Brisbane and looking and buying on the Gold Coast.
