We were very careful in our selection of a real estate agent and undertook significant research and discussions with real estate prospects before selecting the Weir brothers. What we were looking for were non hand wringing / jargon driven agents with one eye on a quick sale without listening to our needs. The fact we sold the house very quickly, without fuss for an amount we were very happy with, is testament to their skills in property negotiation. Using two brother agents might sound like overkill however the added bonus is you get the chance to " chew over" the marketing plan and both brothers have very different ideas which makes for a great debate and a better informed decision.
