We sold our house in Brisbane and were looking for a property on the Gold Coast,downsizing for retirement. As buyers we dealt with many gold Coast agents with varied levels of professionalism. When we found the property we finally bought we came in contact initially with Steve Weir, (and his brother James) and found him to be everything you wish of an Real Estate agent. He was very informative, courteous and nothing was a bother. He carried out his role as the sellers agent with the highest professional standard. There were some issues with the property and Steve was able to deal with these, whilst keeping us informed. What was noticed by us was whilst looking after us as buyers, Steve actively looked after the sellers interest, not only in the sale but also helping the seller find the property they wanted to buy. Both Steve and James Weir are examples on how good professional agents should be. They were a breath of fresh air for us after many months selling our home in Brisbane and looking and buying on the Gold Coast. I'm located in Central Queensland, and couldn't get down to organise any part of the sale on the Gold Coast of the property.. They organised everything on my behalf. The sale proceeded so smoothly, it was quiet exciting. Right from the beginning there was: fantastic communication, keeping me informed, and involved at all times . How the sale was progressing, Returning my calls quickly, and answering questions on all things real estate, They also arranged a conveyancer. Cant thank the brothers for professional services far above what I was expecting, highly recommend them.

I contacted Tim to sell my apartment. Within two days Tim had the initial contact drafted and a sale plan in place. Tim brought a steady flow of potential buyers through without any inconvenience to us, picking up and dropping off keys, outside of his working hours. We received an offer that was short of where we needed to be, but within a few days Tim had negotiated and my apartment was sold. That same week Tim organised for us to view another property which was listed with another agent and again successfully negotiated a purchase. Tim is very organised and knows the market.
