I was introduced to Erica through a buyers agent. She came highly recommended for her persona and passion for the industry. Having Erica manage the first investment, her guidance and service gave me the confidence to purchase another two. Erica was the main driver with assisting with Renovations on two of the properties, liaising with the trades, and tracking the spending to ensure we came in on time and under budget. As soon as the paint dried, Erica had it on the market ready for the next perspective tenant. Within a week, several applications were presented and it was leased out! Without Erica, I couldn't imagine how things would've turned out!

There is a friendly and open communication which aids in building trust between the client and manager. What has also been particularly valuable is the fact that they are prepared to acknowledge and take responsibility if they have made a mistake and/or not fully understood what was required when asked to do something.
