It's never easy when you hear the dreaded news your tenant is leaving and it's even worse when you realise that you have 12 years of maintenance issues to resolve before you can re-tenant. Chloe from Real Estate Central Darwin was a fantastic agent to work with, to help get the property re-tenanted in less than 2 weeks, for substantially increased rent. She was always available at short notice, offered great advice, but was also willing to be flexible to suit our requirements. Advertising was speedily arranged, multiple opens held, and good applications screened within days. Overall, it was a great result and a pleasure to work with Chloe.
