contacted Gerdi Soon for property management. Gerdi met up and viewed our place. Gave professional insight with what's in market, what tenants are looking for, and what we could improve on for our place. We followed Gerdi's directions and had a number of prospective tenants in first listing. we left keys in Gerdi's hands and left for interstate. Gerdi had property listed & rented withing shortest time. We then met our property manager Stephanie Adams via phone & emails. Stephanie came across as great and professional as Gerdi is. Both ladies are excellent and took responsibility of our place. I'm happy with their service so far and wishful to continue working with them in future.

She's very considerate & very patient and what I admire her the most was that when she told me that you could pick up the keys today at this time, and I said we could not because we're not available, she found ways how to give us the house keys by dropping it to my work and not all agent will do like what she did. She was also very patient in waiting for the forms that we needed to submit and very approachable especially during the time we're processing our application forms.
