Communication is friendly and as needed. Sometimes I feel that agreed actions aren’t always followed through regarding advertising as vacant being delayed until after outgoing inspections creating lengthy period without income and longed period of financial hardship to landlord.

In attending the inspection, 4 stars for being met with a smile from a friendly, confident and well dressed agent though not 5 stars, because we were told the realestate will put new flyscreens and curtains but when we got accepted, there were only new curtains. Overall, I am content with my new place and would still love to keep renting with Realestate Central in the future 👍

During the tenancy application period, we almost lost a prospective tenant as it was not communicated to me that they had made a request - instead, the agent denied the request. Luckily the prospective tenant changed their mind. I would have preferred to have made the decision as the landlord. Since having a new agent, the service has decreased in quality - my messages and calls aren't returned promptly and I feel like I have to chase them when I'm paying them to serve me and I have to repeat things.
