Reasonable but not sure if they are following up on inspections.
My PM seems to be doing a good job in most ways but not sure about the record system he has to work with, as he told me the termite inspection was overdue. If this is recommended each year then I would have thought that they could remind me of that? Or are they expecting me to do that? The NT is a high area of high termite activity.

Very professional
They know market price very well, always update me with the current market price when my house need to be rented out. They also advise me with the tips and recommendations as an owner of the property investment. Communication is all time good, and they always maintain high level of professionalism.
