Taylah is on the ball when needing trades to visit. Coordinating visits and communicating this with the tenants. She recently assisted us with advise on our new lease agreements and we are now getting market rent. 😊

Suboptimal performance. Handover of property between agents can be improved on to minimise duplication of information and miscommunications. Delayed communication with the landlord can be improved. Thank you and hopefully it'll do better.
