Our tenant was vacating our unit just prior to Christmas. Hannah was amazing she was in contact with us in regards to the tenant vacating and the tenant moving in. Given this was the week just before Christmas, Hannah managed to have the unit occupied quickly ensuring we didn't lose any rent with a fast turnaround of the property. I would highly recommend Hannah to any investors who are looking for a property manager who is great with communication and knowledge of what she does.
