From the minute we started looking at new rentals Macarthur were friendly and helpful. All the girls at the inspections could answer our questions and seemed to really want to help us. The house we managed to get is central and a perfect match for what we were looking for thanks to their assistance.

Our tenant was vacating our unit just prior to Christmas. Hannah was amazing she was in contact with us in regards to the tenant vacating and the tenant moving in. Given this was the week just before Christmas, Hannah managed to have the unit occupied quickly ensuring we didn't lose any rent with a fast turnaround of the property. I would highly recommend Hannah to any investors who are looking for a property manager who is great with communication and knowledge of what she does.
