We are so happy with the sale of our investment property, thanks to the support of Gill Davies. Her market knowledge, in terms of sales and rentals, helped us to get the unit ready for a quick and easy sale for us. She was able to work with the tenant to prepare & market the property. We were happy to have offers prior to the open house, & then Gill was able to use her sales expertise to secure us the best price afterwards. She has been super supportive with after sales requirements as well. We would recommend Gill to anyone looking to sell!
