Mark ensured the whole sale process went very smoothly. He gave advice on what was required to get the best price and what not to spend money on. His advice was sound and considered and the house was sold in 2 weeks. He also worked extremely well with the tenants who were in situ during the sale process and this meant I did not need to wait until the house was vacant to show it at its best.
