Our experience was a long and drawn out case. We had delays due to SA Water and the Land Title being issued. However, Andrew was able to keep us updated on the progress and once the title was issued we were able to settle quickly. It was a hassle free sale in the end.

The fun & affordable marketing videos are highly recommended as they help make your listing stand out. Several past clients were unable to stop laughing while signing the sales contract. However, I was unable to do a video this time around due to high sales inquiries. I highly recommend Andrew and the team at Xsell Property as a top 10% agent. We had a really positive experience with Andrew in purchasing our first home with Xsell Property. He was always professional and engaging, went above and beyond to help with extra questions and we felt informed at every step along the way. Purchasing a house is daunting at any time, but adding COVID into the mix adds an extra layer of stress! Our experience included the auction via Zoom (which we'll never forget!), and the instructions and preparation given to us by Andrew and the team made it a smooth experience. Being successful at the auction was of course the cherry on top, but what made it even better was the surprise of receiving the keys to our house with a personalised keyring engraved with a photo of myself and my husband on one side, and our new house on the other. It was testament to the thought and care that Andrew and the team put into the client experience right to the very end.
