Andrew was very professional from the moment I started dealing with him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the current house market and I felt confident in his ability to sell my house quickly and promptly. He communicated with me regularly on any updates on my home & the end result on the sale of my home exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend.

Our experience was a long and drawn out case. We had delays due to SA Water and the Land Title being issued. However, Andrew was able to keep us updated on the progress and once the title was issued we were able to settle quickly. It was a hassle free sale in the end.

Andrew Kyriacou gets results with great marketing skills & communication, natural charisma, knowledge & experience. As a long term repeat customer, I find Andrew provides a top service to both sellers & buyers by supporting them in all aspects during the sales process. The fun & affordable marketing videos are highly recommended as they help make your listing stand out. Several past clients were unable to stop laughing while signing the sales contract. However, I was unable to do a video this time around due to high sales inquiries. I highly recommend Andrew and the team at Xsell Property as a top 10% agent. I would rank them higher, but trying to give some other agents a chance to catch up! From a satisfied repeat customer with over 30 years experience interacting with real estate agents.

I would recommend Andrew to others, he provided advice on preparing for sale which I think proved to be correct, and he was enjoyable to deal with throughout the process. The staff that work with him are also great, they're very responsive and professional.

We were first introduced to Andrew a few years ago when we purchased one of the properties he was selling. As a purchaser, Andrew gave us the support and confidence to make an offer and eventually purchase the property. We had such a great experience as the purchaser, when our circumstances changed and we decided we need a bigger home for our family, we approached Andrew to sell our home. We approached Andrew months before going on the market as it was a difficult time for our young family, Andrew touched base with us regularly, gave us advice on what approach to take to list our family home on the market and a list of contacts to help get us to that finish line. Andrew supported us through a very seamless but exciting process, and achieved a fantastic result which goes a long way for our family. We had full confidence in Andrew and look forward to our paths crossing again. We cant thank him enough!
