I found Andrew to be a well accomplished Agent who knew his business and the market. He has excellent communication and interpersonal skills that make him easy to work with. He delivered excellent strategies around sales and marketing that achieved outstanding results. We were very please with his services and the outcomes achieved in the sale of our property. I would recommend Andrew to anyone selling popery in the market today.

Being an Agent myself I didn't want to have an involvement in the sale due to the emotional connection. Andrew marketed the property superbly which created a great turnout, heaps of interest and a result that was well beyond what was hoped. Thanks heaps Andrew!

Andrew is a very honest, trustworthy and down to earth person. Very rare in the realestate business as I know it. He is very knowledgable in his field, a great communicator and listener and goes above and beyond to achieve your goals, which he did in a very short time and we saved money thanks to him. Don't look elsewhere; go straight to Andrew. Best decision!

Look no further! Andrew is the best of best! After two open inspections my house was sold by auction, as a result I got the price that I wanted and much more! Thanks to Andrews great advice, professional skills, amazing team and his book which I recommend you read it especially if this is your first time selling, we were able achieve this amazing result. His communication skills are excellent, he was always there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend using Xsell Property. It was such a great experience and Thank You Andrew for your incredible work I really appreciate it 😃

Andrew at Xsell Property put forward several building plans (subject to council approval) to highlight the freedom of selection with several potential development options to buyers. I believe buyers got a good deal, as they can always subdivide the large allotment in the future. There was another offer & they must be upset they missed out on a good deal! Thank you Andrew! - for your professional support with the buyers through a long settlement process & their building approval. I listed again with Xsell Property after several good experiences. Results speak more than words. Andrew Kyriacou is in the top 15% of agents from my many experiences & over 30 years of observations talking with real estate agents. Andrew has a great combination of communication skills, professional & pro-active approach, natural charisma & great marketing skills with affordable fun videos as an option. I would like to rate Andrew higher, but we have to respect the good work done by other top agents. I highly recommend you consider talking to Andrew if you are considering selling your property.

I re-listed again with Andrew Kyriacou at Xsell Property due to good past experiences & got good results again. After 30 years experience talking to real estate agents; I rate Andrew in the top 15%. He has a great mix of natural charisma & communication skills. The affordable fun videos are highly recommended if you want your property to stand out with potential buyers. Buyers from a previous listing could not stop laughing signing the sales contract! Hence, my only regret was not getting the to do a new video (with a funny script idea) due to high level of sales inquiries. I highly recommend talking to Andrew if you are considering listing your property for sale.

I'm a repeat customer with Xsell Property & find Andrew has great communication skills, with great charisma, delivering good results for both sellers & buyers. I managed to get sales offers prior to organising a funny video for marketing this time around. But highly recommend the affordable marketing videos. I rate Andrew in the top 15% of agents in real estate & worth considering for your next listing.
