Andrew and his team stand out to me because they are so genuine, honest and friendly. Despite the challenges related to this sale, the unique approach Andrew takes to real estate gave me confidence to put my trust in him and his dedicated team. We definitely plan on doing business with Andrew and his team again in the near future.

Andrew has a nice manner and was friendly to deal with. The communication I received around the settlement however, was very poor. I was not informed by the agent that the settlement of my lot was dependent on the sale of multiple lots within the same subdivision - all handled by Xsell property. The settlement date therefore was not confirmed until 5 months after signing the contract, Andrew led me to believe it would be 2, as we had discussed. Often relevant information was not passed on to all parties and I had to initiate contact for updates. The lack of transparency was highly disappointing.

Andrew and the team at X-Sell were friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information whenever we needed it. They were fantastic in chasing up information from the builder for us after settlement.
