Andrew and his team provided excellent service throughout the process. He demonstrated great insight and knowledge of the market, providing sound strategic advice on how to successfully sell our property quickly and for the right price. My wife and I followed his advice and received an offer above our expectations right after the first open inspection. It didn't take long for Andrew to prove his great skills! We are extremely pleased with the results and with Andrew's help and advice throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him and his team!

General speaking, I will rate Andrew a high score regarding communication skills and he had responded to all my questions in a timely manner. But I think he could be more flexible regarding the removal of the 'for sale sign' in front of my property before settlement.
