It started out well but quickly the lies piled up one after another. First they said that settlement has to be delayed because, "the vendors were going through a divorce and one of them did not sign the discharge papers". Next it was, "the vendors had a shortfall and because of that couldn't proceed with the settlement". And then it was, "the banks refused to discharge the vendors and want to carry out a full valuation". All I hear are lies and excuses. I think they are just stalling and not genuine in following through with the sale. 1) Andrew should have made sure that the vendors are genuine sellers, instead he pushed all the blame onto the vendors - if I were a distributor and if I could not fulfill a customer's order, can I just push all the blame on the supplier? Of course not. Else why should anyone pay him? 2) He did not communicate any of these. I had to find out from my conveyancer. 3) He is not professional. Instead of making sure his vendor was ready for the sale, he sent his assistant to call me to remind me to write a good review for him two weeks ago. I guess maybe he knew things were going to go south and he wanted me to write the review before I discover all the lies. He wasted my time, money and opportunity costs. I advise anyone reading this to save yourself the heartache and do not buy or sell with him.

I interviewed two agents and both gave the same initial advice. I went with Andrew mostly because of his very competitive fee structure and I knew exactly what costs I was up for. Andrew was a blessing, not only did he exceed the result we were looking for in regards to the sale of our home. Andre went above and beyond to help in many other ways. It’s very stressful putting your home on the market, however if you trust your agent, you get through it. Andrew is incredibly talented and his extra support and understanding was really helpful for us. Andrew has a really bright friendly and approachable personality, he is enthusiastic and makes the experience fun and memorable, I have had opposite experiences with agents and so I can honestly make this comparison. I’ll recommend Andrew to many people! We can not thank Andrew enough for his expert agent work and also how he manages the inspections, he has a great team who know how to give a complete experience.
