Despite a few hiccups preparing my home for sale Andrew was available at all times, and I still recall clearly one day when things weren't going right and I called him and his words were "by the end of this call we will both be having better days". This sort of positivity is so valued. A quick sale and Andrew managed to get the same buyer approximately $50,000 above their original offer. Would recommend.
