John seems like a great guy, he knew the market and my area,he was great at communicating, kept us informed all the way. John took care of alot of fiddly house maintance issuee to make open home a success. John got the results we wanted in 1 week. It seemed all parties were happy and I felt he had an honest approach. I would highly recommend John and his Team again! Matt also has a really relaxed, warm friendly approach which is a bonus for open homes and private viewings! I also liked that John was down to earth and allways available. Thanks again! I dont think any other agents in the area would have gone above and beyond like John did!

John really knows the area well and made the whole selling process painless. His communication was very prompt and clear. He was proactive in sorting out anything that came up and arranging whatever was needed to make sure we got the best sale price for our property. He really goes above and beyond - he even mowed the lawn for us when we couldn’t get there before settlement! I would highly recommend him!

John, unlike many agents, does not focus on commission but looks to achieve a higher and fair price for the seller. His market knowledge of our suburb was superior to other agents spoken with. He did not suggest lower selling price to achieve a sale but read the market extremely well. John’s communication could not be exceeded as he kept us informed the entire journey. We noticed how he also helped to guide the buyers without any sales pressure. Considering all these attributes John is also a very nice person.

I am a single woman in my 70s who decided to downsize and move closer to my grandchildren, and selling my home was a big life transition. I needed not only professional expertise, but also support and guidance through the process. After a very difficult start and a failed result with another agent, and with the market changing and the pressure of a bridging loan adding stress, I changed to John at Bright Estate Agents. It was the best decision I could have made. From the beginning, they brought energy, positivity and a wealth of experience. They made helpful suggestions about presentation, communicated brilliantly, included me in decisions, and made me feel like part of a team rather than just another client. John regularly checked in, was always responsive, and guided me through each step. The whole experience completely changed. Selling my home became enjoyable and even fun — I bought fairy lights for the sign outside and even changed my décor to shades of yellow and orange in honour of their orange shirts! The difference in approach was remarkable. My home had several successful Open Days, with more people coming through than during the previous campaign, and within around two weeks of being back on the market, a lovely family bought my home. The settlement feels less like a financial transaction and more like a handover to a young family who will love the home as much as I have loved it. My biggest lesson from this experience is the importance of choosing the right people from the beginning — it can save a lot of stress, time and money. I would highly recommend John and Matt at Bright for their professionalism, knowledge, communication, and the positive experience they created during what could otherwise have been a very stressful time.
