Tristan was fantastic, he was hard working, dedicated, not pushy at all and we felt that he always had our best interest in mind. He has an amazing team around him and they were all great to deal with too. I liked that Tristan was present for each one of our open homes - he did not delegate it to one of his team. His name was on the listing and so he was at the open home. I really appreciate this as both a vendor and a buyer. I also liked that he never pressured us into taking an offer - as I've heard other agents are known to do. Tristan's ethusiasm, can-do attitude and hardworking nature makes him a very good real estate agent.

I approached Tristan personally on a Tuesday, met 20 minutes later, signed on with him 30 minutes later, cleaned property and photos taken by Thursday, property advertised online on Friday and open house and sold by Saturday. I don’t know of a more finely oiled machine than that of the Stone real estate team, Led by Tristan Rowland himself. He guided me on the exact Way he planned to prepare and execute the smooth and quick sale of my property, which he followed to a tee, and we came off with an excellent result.
