I chose John to sell my property in Geebung based on the sales he had achieved in my area. John was clear and straightforward in his communication and he has a great knowledge of the market and what is realistic. We reappraised every 2 weeks and changed strategy until I achieved the sale I wanted. Throughout John was easy to deal with, responsive and an excellent communicator. I was very happy with the experience.

Renovated to be our forever family home but circumstances changed (đ) and we were faced with selling and buying at the same time. Even as an agent this made me nervous. In 6 days John was able to secure a buyer at a record price and with terms that gave us the flexibility needed to navigate a complex purchase! A big should out to First Impressions Property Styling (recommended by John) who helped me in staging the home, I am so in love the presentation it will be carried over to the new home. If you are looking for an agent that cares about what you need (price AND terms), not just getting their next pay cheque, you need to talk to John.

John's experience convinced me to renew my carpet prior to listing. I believe that was a gamechanger for me as it improved my presentation significantly! The new carpet transformed the property. Johns writeup on the property was excellent. Johns optimism and positive outlook instilled confidence in me during the marketing period. John's energy and professionalism ensured that we got the best market outcome! I am thrilled with the sale price and have no hesitation in recommendimg John to others!

John is one of the best agents I have worked with. His knowledge of the market in McDowall and Everton Park is impressive. He went over and beyond to get our property ready for the market . He was always ready to answer our questions and make the stressful process of selling as smooth as it could be. I recommend John to any one who is selling a property in McDowall and Everton Park .

Tristan through his in-depth knowledge of the local market achieved such a great result in our 1st home that we chose him to sell our 2nd property. His professionalism, excellent strategy and deep insight into the current market achieved another outstanding result. The best thing about Tristan is that he worked with and for us, going above and beyond to help us achieve our family goals. Tristan and his team are extremely professional and amazing communicators. Everything was made clear throughout the whole process. Phil and I have sold 6 previous houses and through those experiences we have found Tristan definitely stands out above all other Real Estate Agents. We loved that it was not just about Tristans commission, he genuinely cared about getting the best results for us. Thankyou Tristan / Team Rowland.

We engaged John Bradley to sell our family home in McDowall. Our decision to select John as the agent was partly based on his exemplary reviews , but predominately by his response to our initial inquiry. He immediately answered our after business hours call and suggested meeting at the property the very next day. Three other calls to various agents went to voicemails with eventual responses and proposals to meet days after the initial contact. John was professional, enthusiastic and very positive in our first meeting - without pushing us to engage him . We called him very shortly after that first meeting to advise that we had decided to use him and his team . The house was listed quickly, the first open was held that same week and the house went under contract within a day of the first open. We received several offers - all excellent - and the sale price far exceeded our expectations . John continued to keep in touch throughout and called us in the evening to deliver the news that the buyerâs finance had been approved and the contract was unconditional. This happened even before we received that news from our solicitor. John has taken the stress out of the entire process. He negotiated hard on our behalf and we are thrilled with the result he achieved.

As this was the first time selling a property for us, we were uncertain of the process and very nervous, but when we first met Tristan Rowland, he made us feel comfortable and didn't treat us like just another client. Tristan took the time to explain how everything worked which put our minds at ease. During that meeting, my wife and I both found Tristan to have great knowledge of the industry as well as excellent people skills which made our decision to go with Stone Real Estate Aspley easier. We found Tristan and his team very professional, approachable and willing to assist us with every step of selling our mothers property. We would highly recommend Tristan and team at Stone Real Estate Aspley with the buying or selling of properties.

Tristan's communication throughout our sale process was excellent. We found he acted proactively to quickly identify possible offers, creatively using a wide range of channels from which offers could come. The result was an unconditional offer identified within two weeks, that resulted is our sale at a very favourable price.

John was great to work with. Super clear and prompt with Comms and did everything possible to achieve the best result for our sale. He went above and beyond and even help us with some details for the purchase of our new place. If youâre in McDowall, donât even bother looking for other agents.

From the minute we spoke to Tristan, we knew where were dealing with a true professional. He is there for his client every step of the way, achieving them the best price and going that extra mile (organising tilers, working around our baby etc). His whole team really know what they're doing and Tristan is the best agent I have dealt with. Ever.
