Tristan achieved an exceptional outcome for our family that exceeded expectations. His knowledge of the local market is second to none, his hunger to deliver was evident from the initial contact, and the hard work he puts in is shown clearly in the results. His support team was just as impressive, ensuring a smooth sales process throughout. Tristan and his team have our highest recommendation.

From the first meeting with John, it was evident he had great experience and knowledge of the local area. John made the whole process easy with his professionalism, communication and we felt very confident he would sell our home. The sale price exceeded our expectation, and this was after one open day. We are so pleased we listed our home with John and would have no hesitation in recommending John as THE agent to sell your home. John has a friendly, easy going nature, great enthusiasm and works extremely hard. He is a man of his word and has a fantastic attitude. John and his assistant Matt were a pleasure to work with. Thank you to John and the Stone Real Estate Aspley team.

Tristan and his team worked enthusiastically and respectfully towards a fantastic sale price. He communicated with us every step of the way and his knowledge of Brisbane northside, in particular Geebung was outstanding.

John is a very personable, enthusiastic representative of the Company for which he works. His outlook is very positive and from the day we first contacted him to the day we had a signed contract was a very short period of 7 days with the contract being a 30 day contract. Followup has been precise and positive. I would recommend John to anyone who asked for an Agent.

Tristan shared the same vision we had when we decided to sell our property. Other agents did not seem as driven as he was and were not as confident in their approach. We achieved a much better result through him than what the other agents were telling us we were likely to achieve. He knows the Wavell Heights property market very well.

John is a straight talking professional, honest and hard-working and will work with you to achieve the best result for the sale of your house be it price or terms or both. He will also be able to advise on what needs to be done to secure a sale and more importantly what doesn't need to be done saving you time and money. We can't recommend John's services enough and hope you will be as satisfied as we were.

Tristan was a fantastic agent who worked hard to secure not only the right buyer for my property, but also a great price. I cannot express how happy I am with the fantastic service I received from Tristan and the team.

Tristan is the best agent we have ever dealt with. He is very professional, honest and always keep us updated at all time. When we needed to talk to him, he always call us back in a timely manner. We took his advice all the way through. The price he sold our house is above and beyond our expectation (70k more than we expected). We are very very happy.

“Thank god we choose Tristan” was a sentence we uttered many times! We felt in very safe hands. Not only did his drive and skills get us a ceiling smashing price for our home, but his advice, decisiveness and in-depth knowledge of the market and negotiation were invaluable throughout the whole process, especially when it came to handling any of the challenges we faced. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tristan and his team.

We met John buying our new home and given the ease of buying with him we decided to have him sell our investment. Through both transactions John kept us up to date every single step of the way. Not once did we need to ask for an update or more information. He kept us well informed, never questioning what’s next… We’ve bought and sold through other local agents and never experienced this level of service. Can’t recommend him enough!
