This included arranging multiple tradespeople at very short notice to carry out improvements (at a really reasonable price). The first aspect that struck me about Tristan was his positive 'can do' attitude. These qualities were at the forefront throughout the whole process. I was extremely impressed with his market knowledge and his view on market drivers. I doubted that he would get the price he claimed. I was wrong. And the sale was achieved before the property was even officially put on the market. As part of his sales pitch, Tristan places particular emphasis on the fact that he works for the seller and not the buyer. I can honestly say he practices what he preaches. Tristan was even able to negotiate for the tenant to be able to stay on for a month after settlement! Tristan has my full recommendation.
