John was an excellent agent who went above and beyond to secure an excellent outcome for me. He kept me constantly up to date with all developments and provided me with superior advice. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.

We have lived in the same house for almost 37 years and the process involved in finally selling was daunting to say the least. We decided to use John Bradley from Stone because of his vast experience and relaxed nature, which immediately relieved our anxiety and allowed us to focus on the sale process. John was very helpful throughout the whole experience and we would highly recommend his services to any home owner wishing to sell.

Selling house is not easy but John you made the whole process so easy and fast. Loved your energy and efforts!! I’m selling another house with him now.

The first time we met Tristan he asked us what we wanted to sell for and he told us he’d get higher than that. And he did! We went on the market on a Thursday night, had over 80 people through open homes Saturday, and accepted an offer by that night. An offer that would be the suburb record for a 3 bedroom on 400sqm! Along the way Tristan has been there for us, both professionally and personally - helping us as new parents with much needed help and advice!

John has an unmatched knowledge of the Mcdowall-Bridgeman area. With his knowledge and approachable nature, he gave us confidence in a very stressful time. John is very driven to sell and seemed as if he went the extra mile for us. Punctual and excellent communication from John and the Stone Team.

What stands out about Tristan is his passion for real estate and his knowledge of the business but what is most important is that it comes from the heart, he is very passionate about doing his best for you and goes above and beyond to achieve great results.

We have used John to sell two properties. He is always extremely helpful and professional. With the first sale we were living overseas which caused a number of inconveniences that needed to be addressed; with the second sale there were Covid-19 restrictions to navigate. On both occasions John went above and beyond and achieved excellent results. He's the only agent I have recommended to others to use in the Aspley/Bridgeman Downs area.

We have been so impressed with Tristan from start to finish while selling our property. He is an extremely knowledgeable, professional agent who goes above and beyond for his clients. He took the time to develop a comprehensive marketing plan and an excellent sales pitch for our property, demonstrating his local knowledge, attention to detail and understanding of the market. In comparison to another local agent, Tristan's target sale price was 50k higher - and he achieved this price! Tristan is supported by an incredible team who made the entire sales process simple and took the hassle out of preparing for a sale. This included arranging multiple tradespeople at very short notice to carry out improvements (at a really reasonable price). A warning to anyone on the fence about selling - Tristan WILL sell your house - only list with him if you want it gone!

Never has it been so easy to write a review. We have recently sold our home, putting our trust in Stone Real Estate, Aspley. From our first meeting Tristan, with his passion and enthusiastic nature instilled confidence in us that this would be extremely well managed. These observations were well founded. The whole process went like clockwork. Never did we feel the need to make a call to make any inquiries. Tristan and his wonderful team Marie, Tom and Samantha kept us updated every step of the way. Tom the photographer also deserves more than a mention. He definitely knows his job. Tristan continues to break records in Aspley and we completely understand how and why this is. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this very professional man and his agency to our friends, neighbours and family and whoever reads this. Tristan you made the whole process feel like a walk in the park. Even if our heads are still spinning from the speed at which you made things happen. Our very kindest Regards - Allan & Lynne Honor
