It would seem that the agents feel that once you've signed the lease, they can forget about you. They required constant pushing to arrange for essential work to be done on the property and now several work requests are still unattended to and emails have not been responded to. Quite unprofessional.

Spoke to Trudi on Thursday, met on Friday and she had already arranged inspections for multiple applicants by Saturday morning! The entire experience from the very first phone call to the property being leased was seamless and impressive. Could not recommend their services highly enough.

We have had successful tenants in our properties. Well vetted and chosen. Sometimes the communication between tenant and us a landlords is not always good. Tenants have made this statement. They have let our managing agent know of problems and we have not been told. We therefore look bad in the tenants eyes as we have not rectified the problem.

In terms of my experience with Buxton it has been pretty good. I've got a few properties in Ballarat and all managed through Buxton Ballarat and I've found the tenants to be a bit hit and miss. I think Buxton could implement a better screening of the tenants as I always seem to get issues with them in one way or another. Either they are late to pay to rent or refuse to pay rent or don't return agents calls or just get up and leave. I don't know if its it just the area or the demographic but I can't seem to get the right tenants.
