The rigor to which they vet each prospective tenant provides us with confidence that our property will be cared for. When maintenance issues have occurred they are dealt with quickly and communicated effectively. They have provided us the confidence to now seek another investment property with some really good advice on the market and housing stock here in Ballarat.

Trudi from Ballarat Property Group was amazing to deal with. We had purchased our very first investment property in Winter Valley as we love the area, and when our work contracts finish here in Qld we may move there. Due to COVID-19, and travel restrictions we weren’t able to see our property be built, which was very stressful initially, but the assistance Trudi provided was fantastic! She left no stone unturned, from meeting the builder on our behalf for handover, to getting extra keys cut, and taking and sending progress photos of the property, and most importantly communicating everything promptly and professionally. We now have a fantastic tenant in our investment property and we could be happier. 10/10

Ballarat Prooerty Group have managed our unit rental for many years and have always been very professional.Emily our Property Manager has always kept us well informed and nothing is too much trouble.Our unit has been kept in great condition due to her always finding the right tenants.Would recommend to anyone to have Ballarat Property Group manage their rental property.
