Buxton has been nothing but understanding with my unfortunate circumstances. They have been very attentive to my every need/question and also treated me as a person with feelings & needs in being a successful applicant instead of just another number while applying for houses. They assisted me in every way possible including keeping in contact with me even after unsuccessful applications and continued to offer me support in being a successful applicant. Buxton made me feel as if they really care about their clients unlike some other agency’s who at times I feel they just blew me off. I honestly won’t be going through another real estate agency again because I love the fact that I am made to feel like I matter and am respected which other agency’s honestly just don’t care or lack basic communication with clients. If you want a great real estate agency, I highly recommend Buxton! They have honestly won me over with how professional they are but also how they actually really care about their clients as well. Buxton listen to their clients very well and know how to accommodate to your needs also.
