I highly recommend Jamie at Ballarat Property Group to manage your investment property. He is the best property manager in Ballarat. He is very knowledgeable about local market and very familiar with the relevant regulations and legislation. He is always there for me with my questions and willing to help me. As an experienced property investor himself, he understands what investors want from a property manager. I am in Melbourne but I am rest assured that my property is in good hands and I am well looked after. He has relationship with trustworthy tradespeople and can get repairs done faster and cheaper. During the current challenging times, Ballarat Property Group is the first agency uploading videography for their rental properties. This demonstrates great resilience and flexibility they have to accommodate their clients' (both landlords and tenants) needs. Jamie is also one of the directors of Ballarat Property Group. I am sure other property managers in his team are very professional too because they are under great management and receive best training and guidance from him. I feel that I have made a very wise decision to change property management to Jamie after had some really bad experience with another local agency.
