As first time landlords, we were very happy with the experience at Buxton. Tayla has been communicative and helpful every step of the way. It was a huge relief to have someone with the knowledge and connections to help us get over the line and secure a great tenant.

My wife and I were new to the Ballarat property market and found all of the staff at Buxton Ballarat we dealt with to be very professional, supportive and helpful at every stage of our property journey. The wide range of rental properties on offer allowed us the flexibility to selectively choose a rental property that best suited our needs and was in a sought after location. Each way communication was excellent and very responsive to all of our queries and they really went out of their way to assist us. Well done to the team at Buxton Ballarat.

I have rented two properties from Buxton Ballarat. Dealing with Property Manager Tayla Chalmers of both occasions has been an absolute pleasure. Tayla goes above and beyond in every way to help you secure the perfect rental property. Patient and understanding Tayla really cares about her tenants needs. With a wealth of knowledge about the Ballarat area and rental market, Tayla makes the stress of house hunting easier. Always available for a chat and an excellent communicator. In my 30 years of renting Taylor has been the best Property Manager I have dealt with. Highly recommended.
