Our experience with Buxton Office at times has not been a positive one the tenants were unsuitable for this property as it was a person who obviously had behavioural issues and it’s extremely disappointing to be told that a new house has holes in the wall on investigation numerous holes in the wall where discovered doors hanging off and a new house left in disrepair which is extremely disappointing buttons approach seem to be more for the tenant then for the landlord as this issue seem to take way too long to get resolved

As out of town investors, we wanted a Property Manager & Team that was local experts and ones that would find the most suitable tenant. They were able to arrange trades on our behalf in getting the house ready for rental as well.

Our property manager Nadine has gone above and beyond for us, even while they were receiving no commission during an extended repair phase. Based on our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Buxton as a property manager.

Jess has been my PM for the last 3 years, when advised I was needing a larger home, within a few weeks she had found the perfect property and the transition has been seamless. Quick to respond to any and ALL queries, showed compassion and understanding towards my family and took a lot of the stress out of house hunting! Highly recommend Jess!

My wife and I have bought and leased our property through Buxton Ballarat. We have found the property management team to be responsive to our requests and their communication to be excellent. We have appreciated the market updates they have provided and feel our tenants are well looked after by the team in the Ballarat office.
