My association with Jamie Stephens has been a long one. I have found him to be very professional in the way he has managed the property at 49 Webster street. He is honest and always approachable with time to discuss any issues at the time. Keep up the good work Jamie.

We are relocating from NQ to Ballarat. Our interactions with Jemma was positive from the start. She made a special trip to the rental we were interested in to video a walk thru for us to inspect the property. All steps in the application processes were noted and an answer was given within 2 days of applying for the property. Jemma saved us a lot of stress as the move from NQ is a big one and to be accepted for a home in such a short space of time has really taken pressure off us. Her help is very very much appreciated Thanks Jemma :)

From our first meeting with Annie, who showed us through the house, through to signing the lease with Property Manager, Sarah-Jane, our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Moving in and handing over the keys was frictionless and professional.

I recently had the pleasure of being a tenant at 901B Gregory Street in the lovely city of Ballarat. I must say, my experience at Buxton Ballarat was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were always friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction as a tenant. The property itself was in excellent condition and well-maintained. The modern amenities and comfortable furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the spacious living area and well-appointed kitchen, which made it easy to entertain guests or simply relax after a long day. In addition to the property itself, I was also impressed with the convenient location of Buxton Ballarat. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The city center was just a short drive away, making it easy to access all that Ballarat has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend Buxton Ballarat to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in the Ballarat area. The staff, property, and location all combined to make my stay an enjoyable and memorable one. Thank you, Buxton Ballarat, for an excellent experience
