I have had many dealings with Peter over the last 8-10 years and my choice to list my recent sale with Peter was based on the professional and friendly way he conducts himself and will highly recommend him to any vendor.

Liam has been a great agent to work with as we looked for a property. Aware of our expectations and recognising the areas that concerned us, he was able to work with the vendor to an acceptable resolution for both parties. Thanks very much . Warren .

Peter was highly knowledgeable and professional. He came to our meeting ready with research about my property I was selling as well as recent sales within the area. Peter is a very personable individual and clearly passionate about selling houses. He stayed in regular contact with me throughout the process and even telephoned me during his time off (over and above my expectations). Matt Stevens, who supported Peter in the process, was also very professional. I would recommend Peter as a real estate agent - my property sold for an excellent price. Very happy vendor.

We looked around carefully for an agent to sell our property. It was a tough choice in the end, but were very impressed with Liam's personable demeanor and professionalism. He knew what was happening in our neighborhood market and was honourable in listening to our plans and hopes for the house, but also to the needs of potential buyers. I liked that he looked after both parties; was up front and really helpful. We were thrilled with his dedication to the task and his energy to sell our property; which he did to everyone's satisfaction. We were pleased with our sale price, the process and our agent. I will certainly be asking Liam to sell for us in the future, as he made a potentially stressful process into a great one. Not many agents can boast that. Very, very, grateful! Ros Brookes
