We recently purchased an investment property with Mark Nunn as the agent. The whole process was speedy and hassle-free. Mark was responsive to our requests for extra inspections, returned my calls promptly, was professional, flexible and quick to obtain responses from the vendors. The process of negotiating the purchase price and terms was fair for both parties. We recommend Mark as an agent.

After meeting Chris during a home open I knew he was very professional and took pride in his job. Chris was always quick to return calls if missed and helped push through an incredible 35 day settlement over the Christmas period. I highly recommend Chris to anyone in Ballarat for buying or selling.

Although representing the vendor, Chris was constantly helpful and respectful of us as the buyers. He was quick to respond to our requests and impressive to deal with.

Our first time selling a house, Mark made the process extremely easy and got the property sold within 2 weeks (in a competitive, flooded market) for more than we'd expected. Would highly recommend and would use again most definitely!

Peter and his team worked hard to get our property sold. Communication was very good despite some difficult circumstances during the sale. Highly recommend Peter and the rest of the Buxton crew.

If you want a passionate and professional agent dedicated to getting you the best result then Peter is your man. He knows his business and works hard to achieve the results you want. Every step in the process was easy and we got a result that I (and three other agents) didn’t think was possible. I can’t thank Peter and Buxton enough for a job well done.

Mark sold our house within a week of it hitting the market. He communicated well and didn't give up until we were well over the price we were after. Thanks Mark!

I cannot speak highly enough of James service, professional style and follow up. He never leaves you wondering about what is happening and keeps you fully informed through the process. It is very refreshing to find an agent that actually works for the vendor and not the purchaser. Keep up the excellent work James
