Very helpful Agent, few hiccups, but where all dealt with by the property manager.

Had their services a couple of times. Their staff from the director Nathan Baker to the sales/leasing manager Ruth Rae know the market like the back of their hands. They are genuinely care about their client and prepared to get the best results for you.

I had engaged Buxton Ballarat for the first time to lease and manage my property. I relied on Abbey to guide me through all the steps and she was fantastic to work with.

My property manager was the most rude person I ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. For a paid service, I expected better and not to be hang up on. I then spoke to the Director about this and the only action I got was to suggest he give me another manager. That was a no-brainer. To this date I'm yet to get an apology. I'll show more courtesy and respect by not naming names here. It's a shame as the rest of the staff seem quite professional.
