We approached mark as he was the real estate agent working on behalf of the Vendor. Mark had knowledge of the local area, was very easy to talk to, and worked in a more professional manner than other real estate agents we had contacted recently. Although he wasn't 'working' for us, he understood our position, and worked the deal to be satisfactory for all parties.
