As someone that is still fairly new to the rental market, I have found Buxton to be extremely helpful. Our property manager has been absolutely wonderful so far, as she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and is able to help whenever needed, she replies efficiently to any questions or queries which makes for really easy communication and nothing is ever too difficult, they have gone above and beyond for us, which is why I highly recommend.

Tayla has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so thorough and professional, but also very thoughtful, fair and a genuinely nice person. She works so hard to make sure that our property is well looked after; but also takes great care with our tenants as well. Our experience with our agent at Buxton has been excellent. We must be able to trust our agent as our representative when we live interstate. It is a large investment that we entrust to be looked after. The rental market is very difficult in our category and price range in Ballarat due to what appears oversupply so it is difficult to attract and retain good tenants. Buxton works to look after the maintenance and needs of our tenants.
