Daniel (and James) were respectful and helpful, even though my place was in the lower range market, I felt they treated me as equally as anyone. Daniel listened and worked hard to get a good price for me. He saw the potential of my property and marketed accordingly and, more importantly, to my wishes. As the purchaser I hoped he would be less motivated to get the best price for his vendor, but he didn't give in until he got the price they wanted. While that was "annoying" for me, it's exactly what I would want my agent to do for me if I were selling. I respect his dedication to get the best for his vendor.
