We first met Briana when we were looking for our new home, which we found with Briana, and based on that experienced, engaged her to sell our existing home . We appreciated Briana's knowledge of the market we were selling in & the way she helped us decide what was right for us & our property. We sold our home after the first inspection & thank Briana for the networking she had done prior. The consultation, marketing & advice helped us achieve a sale above our expectations.

Joel was amazing. He had a plan and goal and knew what he wanted to achieve with our house sale. Joel knew the market at christmas time would require certain timing to achieve the outcome we wanted and he nailed it. We couldn't ask for a better agent in the current climate.
