I moved the management of my property to 1840 after many years with a different company. It was the best decision I made. They are quick to deal with any issues and I am informed all the way. They also keep me in the loop of any legislative changes that affect me. Karl and Celeste are also great to deal with. They found me great tenants . My property is also being well maintained whilst getting me an excellent rental income. Best move I made. …Voula

I changed to 1840 Real Estate when my previous property manager became complacent. 1840 came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. I appreciate the regular communication and their professional approach in dealing with issues with my rental property that arise from time to time.

Karl, Celeste and the team at 1840 are great to deal with, as a landlord they handle everything from bills and insurance to maintenance with my property. Karl not only sold me my rental property but also sold our family home. I have tried other companies and have been disappointed with the service. I would definitely recommend 1840 Real Estate for buying, selling or renting.
