Their reporting and inspections are detailed and accurate and they follow up if we overlook anything. They have solutions based thinking and a CAN DO approach which makes everything so easy to resolve. Behind their light hearted humour, casual & friendly approach is some serious intelligence, proven experience and quality management. They genuinely care and give time even when they have none to spare. Only complaint is being SA based they're not managing our properties in other states & Territories, although also see this as a strength as they recognise limitations & maintain capacity to personally oversee. They are brilliant and cannot recommend them highly enough.
