I have used 1840's services for both my properties and haven't been disappointed so far. They are prompt in their responses and also very competitive in their management fees. They have secured good tenants each time as well which is great relief as a landlord. Would definitely use their services again if there is a third property.

This team of three work well together. We have only known them for 3 weeks in which time they have advertised, had 2 opens , secured and signed up a tenant just prior to Xmas. If this indicates their level of commitment then the management should be a breeze!
