Karl, Celeste and the team of 1840 really are fantastic at what they do. As landlords we have every faith with leaving our rental properties in their care. The properties are kept in very clean conditions due to their high standards. Thank you guys

The team at 1840 have consistently gone above and beyond in sharing their incredible market knowledge, being available to debrief when needed, consistently following through on requested actions in a timely manner. The team helped us to feel extremely supported through our decision to rent out our property and then, years later, were beyond supportive in helping us to sell our property in an extremely stress-free manner, to this day I find hard to believe that it could all be so easy and straightforward. It comes down to the approachability and kindness of the team, their knowledge and skill level and the extra attention to detail that you rarely find in real estate. This has been a five star experience for many years in every aspect of real estate!

The team at 1840 Real Estate are the best agents we’ve ever had. They find great tenants, not just give our investment to anyone that turns up, they do background checks to make sure the risks are very low. They do very timely inspections throughout the tenancy and very thorough out-going inspections too. The team report any issues or repairs that need attention and once given the go ahead the repairs are completed in a very timely fashion. We have recommended the team at 1840 Real Estate to lots of friends and family, who are also using their services and are also very happy with the way they conduct themselves and look after people’s investments. We’ve found other real estate companies don’t treat us with the same respect. 1840 treat our investment like their own and that’s exactly what we want. I can’t recommend them any higher and we look forward to their continued help and support in the future.

Great operators to date, providing high quality service and advice. Karl, Celeste and the team have been meticulous with a high attention to detail to our now rented townhouse. Recommended if you are searching for a personalised, local service and perhaps more tailored approach as compared to a larger franchised agency.

In choosing an agent to manage my first investment property, 1840 provided the complete package. Approachable, open and upfront, their service has been seamless from when we first met. Karl, Celeste and the team, to this point, have delivered on what was promised in the timeframes that were initially agreed. I feel confident and have peace of mind with my property being managed by the team at 1840. I would highly recommend their services.
