After trying large property management companies and being very dissatisfied, a friend referred me to 1840 real estate. Rental properties are a huge investment to the landlord and need to be treated as such. However, we still want good tenants who are happy to live in these properties and treat them as their own. This is the relationship I now feel I have in utilising 1840 real estate. Wishing them continued success
